Terms and Conditions

1. All invoices will be paid according to the terms set by Bulon Global LLC.
2. All returns must have prior approval.
3. All amounts due to Bulon Global LLC are payable seven (7) days from the date of statement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. The parties hereby acknowledge that the goods/services purchased from Bulon Global LLC are not payable in installments. Ownership of the goods and services does not transfer to the Purchaser until paid in full. At any time prior thereto, Bulon Global LLC reserves the right to confiscate such goods and/or cease services if the Purchaser fails to meet its payment obligations.

Personal Guarantee

The undersigned is either a sole proprietor, a partner in a partnership, an individual who may be executing a personal guarantee in connection with the extension of credit to the applicant. I hereby unconditionally guarantee payment, present and future, including all interest, attorney’s fees and charges to Bulon Global LLC, as individuals, of any indebtedness incurred by virtue of any and all credit extended. I give permission to Bulon Global LLC to obtain and utilize a credit report on me, personally, to determine my credit worthiness.
